漏電起痕試驗是 IEC60112 ： 2003 《固體絕緣材料耐電痕化指數(shù)和相比電痕化指數(shù)的測定方法》， UL 746A 、 ASTM D 3638-92 、 DIN 53480 等標準規(guī)定的仿真試驗項目。

漏電起痕試驗是在固體絕緣材料表面上，在規(guī)定尺寸（2mm×5mm）的鉑電極之間，施加某一電壓并定時（30s）定高度（35mm）滴下規(guī)定液滴體積的污染液體（0.1％NH4CL），用以評價固體絕緣材料表面在電場和污染介質(zhì)聯(lián)合作用下的耐受能力，測定其相比電痕化指數(shù)（CT1）和耐電痕化指數(shù)（PT1）。
